Two shared lounges with a table and chairs and a large screen TV are available. Common areas are cleaned once a week. There are excellent tram and bus connections, and it's only 7 minutes to Schuman metro station and the EU Commission (via Square Ambiorix that is 100 meters away). This area is well known for its safety and its closeness to the European Quarters and the city centre. Parking in this area is generally not a problem.
