The building is cleaned weekly, there are excellent tram and bus connections within very short distance, and metro station Botanique is just a few minutes on foot. The historic city center is just a 20' walk from the front door.
Shopping facilities in the area are good; Aldi, GB and Colryut supermarkets are within walking distance. A launderette is just around the corner and all major facilities (bank, doctors, retailers, etc) are in the immediate area. There are numerous night shops in the area as well.
